The atelier

Woven slowly, worn for years

Pleat is a small label with a narrow ambition: clothes constructed carefully enough to be worn for years, in runs small enough that we know where every metre of cloth went. Replace this with your own story.

The workroom

Two mills, one dye house, nine hands

We work with two mills we can name, a dye house we visit, and a workroom of nine. Most pieces exist in editions of forty to two hundred; when a run sells through, it usually does not return.

In their words

  • A sample quote — replace it with a customer's own words, shared with their permission. Say what they bought and how it wore.
